The biblical teaching of you reap what you sow is not just biblical it is a life truth. What you make your priorities in life is what you are going to get back to you. If you are constantly too busy to help anyone, then others are going to be constantly too busy to help you.
I can't be more thankful for the people and opportunities I have in my life now because of what I've made my priorities to be.
I heard from a church leader and someone I look up to that people tend to place their priorities in life
according to putting God first and family friends then you. But it should be that God is the center of you, who you are, and everything you do. God should constantly be in everything you do and show through everything you do. When I heard that it really got to me.
It got to me because I feel that I have somehow failed in that aspect of my life. Everything before had it's own little category. The truth of it is God is and should be the center of your very being. You should constantly thrive to be the best you can be at everything you do in life. Even if it's something that you don't necessarily enjoy to do you should still do it to the best of your ability.
This is a thought process I have decided to take with me into the New Year. This is something that I'm going to work on for next year and more. I want to give my all in everything I do. I want to be the best I can be in everything I do. I want to show God's love and heart through these things. I challenge all of you christian or not to do the same. Be the best you can be in everything you do. Your life will start changing dramatically and opportunities will open up for you.
